Louis de Marigny can attend and translate site meetings to make restoration projects an option for those people whose French is still not fluent. We have excellent French registered companies that will be able to carry out renovation and landscaping work, and we have architects and designers who have helped many of our clients take on projects that they would have felt unable to achieve without these valuable contacts.
Louis will accompany you to visit Banks, Notaires, Schools, Doctors, Insurance companies, Maries and Planning departments etc. We are there to support you during the months after completion with all aspects of French life.
For Sellers:
If you wish to sell your house, we will prepare comprehensive details, and concentrate on matching a buyer to your property. We are very successful in introducing potential buyers to properties, and we provide a totally confidential service.
We will initially advise about the right way to present and market your property. The details will be sent to those on our data base who we feel are possible buyers, and we will feature the property on our own web site and on the French Property News website : France Property Shop.
The Agency is fully registered and insured with FNAIM, to offer a high level of indemnity insurance to both buyers and sellers.
